Sirius Black

From Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

One of my favourite characters from the Potterverse is the late, lamented Sirius Black (andIrefusetobelievehe'sreallydead). I thought Gary Oldman's portrayal of him in the third movie was the best part of that film. So I decided to capture Sirius in all of his insane glory.

I used "Just Reward" Spike's body and Professor X's head. I shaved down Spike's nails and the neck, as well as Prof X's bald dome, since the figures weren't to the same scale. Then I sculpted Sirius' hair, beard, shirt and sculpt some bulk to the trousers, to make them seem baggy. Then I painted the entire figure. Sirius' base came from Tara and has paw prints painted onto it. Sirius comes with a rat that came with Spike, to show him just as he's about to turn Scabbers into Peter Pettigrew.
