Sirius Black
Sirius Black is the infamous Prisoner of Azkaban.
He was arrested in 1981 and spent twelve years rotting in prison
for a crime he didn't commit. He was James Potter's best friend
and is Harry's godfather.
Sirius is based on Gary Oldman, who plays him
in the "Prisoner of Azkaban" movie. He is wearing
striped convict clothes and a tattered overcoat.

Bill Weasley
Bill Weasley is Ron's eldest brother. He is a cursebreaker
for Gringott's Bank. He has been described as "a long-haired
pillock" by Rita Skeeter. Harry prefers to think of him as
"cool".
Not based on anyone specific, Bill is based on the
description given in the book. He is described as being able to
fit in at a Muggle rock concert, save for his dragonhide boots.

Nymphadora Tonks
Technically, you could use any head and say it's
still Tonks. The young Auror is an metamorphmagus. That means
she can take any form she wishes. Usually, she's got short spikey
hair, which she tends to colour pink.
Tonks isn't based on anyone in particular. The first
outfit is based on the one described at the end of Order of the
Phoenix, jeans and a Weird Sisters shirt. The other was invented
by me, and just seemed like something Tonks would wear.

Molly Weasley
The mother of the numerous Weasley children, Molly
is a force to be reckoned with. She is one of the few people to
ever fight with Sirius and not back down.
Molly is based on Julie Walters, from the Harry
Potter movies. She is wearing the outfit she is shown wearing
in "Chamber of Secrets".

The father of the Weasley children, Arthur is sweet
and a little bit crazy. He loves all things Muggle. He at one
time enchanted a flying car and works in Misuse of Muggle Artifacts
at the Ministry of Magic.

 Charlie
Weasley
Yet another member of the Weasley family, Charlie Weasley works
with dragons in Romania.He was the Seeker and Captain on the Gryffindor
Quidditch team when he was in school. Before Harry arrived, his
team was the last one to take the cup.
