In my fic “Fever While You Kiss Me”, after Nyota wins the Kal-if-fee and they have the Koon-ut, Spock and Nyota are get married, human style with Kirk officiating and Michael and Bones as the witnesses.
The quote on the pic comes from “Amok Time” and gets repurposed in the chapter as a part of McCoy’s speech.
I didn’t recast Michael because Sonequa Martin-Green was age appropriate to fit in with the reboot cast and we’re supposed to suspend disbelief that the reboot cast and TOS cast actually DO look the same.
